We started DMSI because we loved working with our hands, problem solving, and pursuing excellence in everything we do. Over the last 16 years we’ve built a successful business on these simple ideas. That’s because our mission has remained steadfast: pursuing excellence in our work and treating each other, our employees, and our customers with the utmost respect.

As a result, DMSI has become more than just a business. It’s a place where a tight-knit group of employees work directly alongside the owners on the shop floor. It’s a place where character, a positive attitude, and a hard work ethic is just as important as knowledge as skills. And it’s a place where we continually refine our processes and equipment to continue growing as a business and individuals. 

Some would say the guys and gals at DSMI are more akin to craftsman or artisans than machinists and welders. And they wouldn’t be incorrect. Quality is our north star. And we always do what it takes to get it done and do it right. 

We don’t think it’s an overstatement to say our equipment, shop, and talent is unparalleled in our region. But we’re not ones to brag, so we’ll simply let our work speak for itself.
